Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of market research reports and consulting services from Douglas-Westwood, a Westwood Global Energy Group company ("DW"). By purchasing any report or commissioning consulting services, the buyer agrees to the following terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All reports, data, analysis, and materials produced by DW remain the intellectual property of Douglas-Westwood. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or resale of any DW materials is strictly prohibited. Single-user licences permit use by one named individual only. Multi-user licences permit use by up to five named individuals within the purchasing organisation.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. DW reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

4. Delivery

PDF reports are delivered electronically within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Hardcopy reports are dispatched within 5 business days via courier. DW is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds on PDF reports are not available once the report has been delivered. Hardcopy reports may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unopened and in original condition.

6. Disclaimer

DW's reports contain forward-looking statements based on proprietary data, industry consultation, and analytical modelling. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, DW does not guarantee the completeness or reliability of any forecast. Reports are provided for informational purposes and should not be construed as investment advice. DW accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of its reports or data.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
