Rod plays a central role within DW’s consultancy service lines, heading up the company’s largest team of analysts at head office. With ten years of experience working within market and commercial analysis, he has developed a broad knowledge across the energy sector. He has led numerous consultancy projects, primarily focusing on the upstream sector, including drilling, oilfield services, equipment manufacture & supply and engineering. Rod has played a pivotal role in guiding oilfield equipment & services firms, drilling contractors, offshore vessel operators and E&P clients through strategic decision making and M&A processes, including trade and private equity buyouts and public debt raising several >$1 billion IPOs and other high profile transactions.
